Upcoming Events-Spring 2010:

We are excited to present our list of events for the coming season.  We are very excited about the events on our schedule this year, we have enjoyed them all in previous seasons and look forward to having fun while serving our customers across the region again this year.  Please remember that we are a small family operated business so the weeks we have events out of town we will not be available at our Anderson location.

April 9 and 10 is the "Greatest 2 Day Plant Sale in Georgia" the Hall County Master Gardener's Spring Plant Expo.  Located at the Chicopee Woods Agricultural Center, 1855 Calvary Church Road in Gainsville, this event boasts more than 40 vendors of plant material and garden related items.  Additionally, there are lectures, prize drawings, and children's booths throuhgout the event.

April 15-18 will mark our third year at the State Farmer's Market in Columbia.  This fantastic event is officially the largest that we attend and is well worth the drive as growers and shoppers alike from all over the state converge on our state capitol for some of the best one stop plant shopping found anywhere.  This will be the last time this event is held at the current market location near downtown.  Watch here for more information regarding a new fall event being held at the new market facility beginning fall of 2010!

April 24 we will be at "home" in Anderson with a plant day at the Anderson County Farmer's Market located at the corners of Murray Avenue and Tribble Street.  Our summer home away from home will be hosting an event for Anderson County growers.  Watch here for more details!

Finally we will wind up our Spring tour with our oldest event the Piedmont Flower Festival at the State Farmer's Market in Greenville.  While a smaller venue than the Columbia event this Festival still features the best the Upstate has to offer in locally produced plant material for your gardening needs.  Come early, bring a wagon and don't forget to tell your friends!
